DO THEY CELEBRATE CHRISTMAS IN HEAVEN?

"Tonight with the tree trimmed and glowing
I gather with family and friends.
I shed a small tear for ones who aren't here.
Now gone to where time has no end.
I cherish the memories and laughter
when we all shared moments so rare.
I wonder if they celebrate Christmas tonight
In that place of no sorrow or care.

Do they celebrate Christmas in Heaven
while angels sing good will toward men?
As our gifts we bestow celebrating here below
and this year slowly comes to an end.
If they celebrate Christmas in Heaven
then I'll smile and hold those 'round me tight.
My wish for this year is for those no longer here
to be celebrating Christmas tonight!

So let's gather around and remember
those who are no longer here.
No sorrow or gloom shall enter this room.
For the future, no worry or fear.
For I'm sure if they celebrate Christmas
in Heaven on this sacred night
the one's that I love, looking down from up above
will send blessings with God's holy light!
